After an amazing year, the mentors and Mentees deserved a time of fun without drugs and alcohol this is what true companionship looks like.
Antonio has been a part of Sent1One Ministries / Lean on Me Ministries for 4 months since we began mentoring him one of his short-term goals was to see his son after six years and he did the work Lean on Me Ministries just showed him the way. It was such a joy to see father and son bonding together.
After spending 33 years in prison Mr. Johnson now has a place he can call home also he has a voice because he has value. His past does not determine his future and what good can come out of transitioning without mentioning it. Both components are needed to see success across the board
We would like to recognize Mr. Renoylds for transitioning out of prison to Sent1One Ministries. He is excited and he already has a job his first week out of prison.
Mentors take time throughout the week to teach life skills and and ways to break barriers of walking in pride.
